Nehemiah’s heart was broken by the needs of the people. He was moved to prayer and action to do his part. “May we, like Nehemiah, be willing to play our part.” Amen.

It always leaves me in wonder how God plans for us – The ram in the thicket for Abraham, the bush that was to burn for Moses – and the plans already for the wall to be rebuilt!
