Admin
Responsible for all social media posts on Instagram and Facebook. Creates engaging graphics. Connects with current authors and for the broader community of Gracefully Truthful.

Faces Of Grace
Admin
Responsible for recruiting women to share their stories and maintain connections and maintaining updated content for current Faces of Grace stories.
Time Commitment ~ approx 2 hours/week
Lead
Admin
Responsible for responding to incoming emails on various GT mail accounts, keeping records of incoming and outgoing Studies, contacting writers with upcoming due dates, inputting data into shared spreadsheets, create and send team announcements in Mailchimp.
Time Commitment – approx. 2-3 hours/week
Theologians
Weekend Reflection
Author
Responsible for writing 3 journal prompts, sharing an honest prayer of personal transparency, researching a worship song, and creating a memory verse lock screen each week. All of these will center around writings from other authors. Simply read the studies and craft the Weekend Reflection around those studies. Click above title for sample.
Time Commitment – approx. 2 hours/week
Journey Study
Author
Responsible for writing Journey Studies, which connect the audience with God’s Word through your authentic story and biblical explanation of Scripture and explanation of the gospel as the Spirit leads. His Words Before Ours is the motto for every GT writer.

Time Commitment – 4-12 Journey Studies / year. Selected from offered assignments with writing prompts. Choose assignments at your own pace. 1 Journey Study requires approximately 3-4 hours to write.
Digging Deeper Study
Author
Responsible for writing Digging Deeper studies which explain the Scriptures in their original cultural and Scriptural setting as primary while making solid application to everyday life as secondary with language and examples that are understandable to the common reader. Selected passages are provided for the author to pray over and then choose which passage to carefully study.

Digging Deeper Lead
Editor
Responsible for editing incoming Digging Deeper Studies for biblical accuracy, content, and grammar before passing them to the Chief Editor. Responsible for tracking outgoing and incoming DD assignments through provided Google Sheet. Responsible for writing 1 Digging Deeper Study roughly every other month. Editor

Editor
Responsible for editing assigned Journey Studies for content connectivity to theme, biblical accuracy, grammar, and general flow. Reports to Lead Journey Study Editor. Click above title for sample of Journey Study.

Graphic Design
Lead
Responsible for tracking, reviewing, and preparing content for graphics to be created by your team. Additionally responsible for organizing graphics to be published on social media and website.

Coordinator
Responsible for working with Communications & Web Design Lead for uploading daily Studies to the website and assisting with communication.
Time Commitment ~ approx. 3-4 hours/week

Lead
Responsible for maintaining and updating mailing templates. Requires willingness to lead with creativity and fresh approaches with an eye on engagement. Responsible for preparing daily emails and uploading new content to the website daily.
Time Commitment - approx 4-5 hours/week
Study Book Creator
Responsible for creating Journey Study Books by taking already written digital content and preparing it for publishing using Canva. Formatting manual and clear directions provided.
Time Commitment – 8 hours / week
