Prayer Journal Entry
Lord God, Your goodness is evident in so many places in my life.
Even in situations where nothing good could seemingly come from (like losing our baby boy). You brought so much good and grew my heart for You tremendously, even in loss. Remind me of those times Lord. Remind me of Your goodness. I choose to trust You wherever You’re leading me.
Father, I am so thankful to be on this side of You sending Your son Jesus. I love reading of when Jesus came as a baby, but also experiencing Him at work in my life. Having a little one in heaven, sitting at your feet, makes the taste of heaven even sweeter.
I can’t wait to join our precious son in praising You for all eternity!
Come Lord Jesus, Come!

Life Has Defeated Death!
As we count down the days until Christmas, reflect on the coming of Jesus as a baby. Think through His many sacrifices in coming and how deep His love for you must be to carry out the Father’s will.
Spend some time journaling your gratitude that Jesus came as a baby, He comes every day and interacts in our lives, and will come again to establish His dominion on this earth and in the new heaven and earth to come.
Think back on the goodness of God in your life.
He is ALL good, no darkness or evil can be near Him.
Ask the Holy Spirit to grow your trust as you follow, ALL IN, to wherever your good God is leading you. Rest in the fact that He will never lead you astray!
