Saturdays and Sundays are a chance to reflect, rest, and re-center our lives onto Christ. Don’t miss the opportunity to connect with other women in prayer, rest your soul in reflective journaling, and spend time worshiping the Creator who longs for intimacy with each of us!

Journal Prompts
1) Slavery sounds like something of yester-year, not a problem we have any interaction with. Think through the unintentional ways you may be promoting the continuation of modern slavery. It could be anything from the TV shows you watch to the websites you visit. Choose one area that you can be intentional about removing your fingerprint on the advancement of slavery.
2) It’s easy to see a homeless person on the street and write them off as lazy. This week ask the Holy Spirit to show you Father’s love and value He has placed on all people, including the person begging on the street. How could you bless that person this week?
3) We are given a specific charge to care for the orphans in our world (James 1:27). While not everyone is called to foster or adopt a child, we do all have a part to play in the love and support of displaced children around the world. Sponsoring a child, filling a shoebox, or donating supplies to a local foster care ministry are some simple options to get started. Where will you begin? Pour Out Your Heart
Lord Jesus, You are our Good Father, even when we can’t make sense of this world. The effect of our sin has left me feeling like there is no place to get away from all the hurt and disparity around me. I feel helpless, looking at the world and seeing all these injustices, feeling lost without knowing where to start. Remind me Lord, that we won’t be free of injustice until Your return and all humanity is restored back to You.
Give me a taste of heaven as my motivation to begin moving. All You ask of me is obedience when the Spirit is prompting me to move. I want to respond in sharing love, making Your name great, and bringing others closer to Your face Jesus. Bring people in my life this week that I can love on in the most simple, practical ways possible.
