The GT Weekend! Woven Week 3

At Gracefully Truthful, weekends aren’t for “checking out”.
Use this time to invite the Almighty’s fullness into you life in a deeper way!
Saturdays and Sundays are a chance to reflect, rest, and re-center our lives onto Christ. Don’t miss the opportunity to connect with other women in prayer, rest your soul in reflective journaling, and spend time worshiping the Creator who longs for intimacy with each of us!

Journal Prompts

1) There are people in our lives all around us that we choose to ignore rather than serve. Perhaps they’re too far on the outside of our “group” or maybe they look too perfect to need help.  Pray today for the Holy Spirit to soften you towards meeting these needs!

2) Draw a roadmap of your life thus far. Start at birth and note all the momentous milestones along the way; both happy and sad. Think back through all those memories, linger in that reminiscent place. How do you see the Lord weaving all the pieces together, for His glory, in your life?

3) How do you view Jesus? What questions do you have about who He is in your life? Take time to actually think about what you believe. Reach out to someone this week and work through those questions together. We’d love to talk with you at prayer@gracefullytruthful.com!

Father, I’m overwhelmed when I look back over my life. There are too many places that I doubted what You were up to. Now, years after the fact, I can see Your steady hand leading me to the present impasse. Looking at the big ol’ mountain that’s coming Father, I believe that You will continue to lead, weaving the next chapter of my story.

Lord, You brought a friend to mind in reading our journey’s this week. I’m intimidated by her and often skip loving on her because I’m uncomfortable being vulnerable with her. Thank You, Father, for showing me that blind spot in my life. Finish Your work in me by emboldening me to reach out this week in obedience. For Your glory, Lord!
